Changes: - Mobs that are six level higher or lower than the player current level will now drop less loot. - Poison tick damage is now limited to 15% of main weapon damage.
Basically, in every major region (by region I mean a safe zone with merchants, smiths, etc..) there will be a NPC called "Fast Travel" that opens up an inventory GUI with all the saved regions. If a player selects one, they will be teleported to that region. When this NPC is right clicked for the first time in a region, the location will be saved automatically.
